Thank you for participating in the PR Image Survey. Your participation is critical to providing insights into the image of the public relations profession. The data provided by the survey is part of a larger project at the USC Center for Public Relations that seeks to map the future of PR. 

 

This very concise survey will take no more than 5 minutes of your time.  Your individual responses will remain confidential.  Results will be reported solely on an aggregate, non-organization-specific basis.

Consent form

Your participation is voluntary. You should read the information below before deciding whether to participate. If you decide to participate, you will be asked to click the button indicating your consent. The purpose of this research is to gain a better understanding of the public relations profession. If you volunteer to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete a survey, which should take approximately 5 minutes. We don't anticipate any risks to you from participation in this study. Any identifiable information obtained in connection with this study will remain confidential and will be disclosed only with your permission or as required by law. While there will probably be publications as a result of this study, your name will not be used. Only group characteristics will be published. Your refusal to participate will involve no penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. You may withdraw your consent at any time and discontinue participation without penalty. You are not waiving any legal claims, rights or remedies because of your participation in this research study.
