The USC Academic Senate's Committee on Information Services requests your assistance identifying where additional resources should be allocated to support faculty delivering hybrid class sessions.  This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

"Hybrid" (also known as "hybrid/flexible" or "hyflex") is when class sessions are conducted in a traditional classroom or lecture hall and are simultaneously available online, typically through Zoom or another streaming platform.

The following survey is intended for USC faculty who were assigned to teach in-person, on-campus classes in 2021 or 2022 and who, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, taught in a hybrid manner at some point.
In what USC school(s) did you teach in 2021 and/or 2022?  Choose all that apply.
What was your USC faculty track in 2021 and/or 2022?
Since January 2021, did you have a teaching assistant?
Since January 2021 until now, did you teach any of your class sessions in a hybrid format?
