Thanks for your interest!  Here's a little more info about our study:

 

The study involves consuming sugar drinks while you undergo a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scan. You will be asked to complete tasks inside and outside of the scanner. You will be asked to fast overnight before each scan visit. Additionally, we will collect a total of 6.5 teaspoons of blood from a vein in your arm or hand. Each visit will take between 3.5 and 4 hours and we will do the same procedure five times.

 

The study consists of up to 7 visits.  The first is a short screening visit.  The remaining 4 visits take place at UPC (main campus).  The final visit is a follow up visit that takes place 6-12 months after the first part of the study.  

 

Visits take place Monday-Friday, typically from 8am-12pm.

 

You will be compensated in either Target or Amazon gift cards.
