Purpose: USC Marshall Affinity Groups are intended to serve the dual purposes of networking and education. Once a quarter, USC professionals in Commercial Real Estate will gather to become better acquainted, and to be part of a discussion on a relevant topic. Learn from your peers how they see the market taking shape. What are the market drivers? Where do they see it going? What are the issues brokers, developers, financiers, or municipalities are facing? Responsibilities: Come prepared to be part of the discussion. Bring questions. This quarter's topic is current and future trends in Commercial Real Estate. Your insight is what makes the USC Marshall Affinity Group program such a success!
